DIS offers Assistance in the Cross-Border Enforcement of Awards

To support parties seeking to enforce DIS arbitral awards internationally, the DIS offers assistance with notarization, certification, and authorization of arbitral awards.

New Bilateral Cooperation in Arbitration with Serbia and Luxembourg

German Arbitration Digest (GAD) reaches 1,000 Followers

DIS is pleased to announce that the German Arbitration Digest (GAD), a service to the arbitration community to promote Germany as an arbitration venue, has exceeded 1,000 followers on LinkedIn.

Europa Institute of Saarland University delegation visits the DIS

On 14 May 2025, the DIS office in Bonn welcomed a student delegation from the Europa Institute of Saarland University, led by Stefan Weber. 

Publication of New Commentary on DIS Arbitration Rules, Annexes and DIS-TPNR

Publishing house C.H. Beck has announced the publication of a new commentary on the DIS Arbitration Rules set for release in June 2025. The commentary is edited by Rudolf Hennecke and James Menz and contains contributions by 20 experienced arbitration practitioners.

CEPANI Academic Prize

We would like to draw attention to the following scientific prize: To encourage young talent, the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPANI) awards an academic prize for outstanding work in the field of national or international arbitration.
